通过对20例双侧同期人工全髋关节置换术患者的整体护理,认为由于双侧假体同期置入、手术时间长、失血多等原因,容易引起伤口感染等早期并发症,因此针对不同的病人及不同时期等具体情况,做好具有个性化的整体护理具有重要意义,可减少术后并发症的发生,有利于早期恢复髋关节功能。

Over the same period in 20 patients with bilateral total hip arthroplasty in patients with overall care,that since the same period in bilateral prosthesis implantation,surgery a long time,blood loss,many other reasons,easily lead to early complications such as wound infections,therefore against different patients and different periods and other specific circumstances,do a good job with the personalized care and the overall significance,can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications is conducive to an early resumption of hip joint function.
