目的 :探讨关节操对干燥综合征更年期患者有关节疼痛伴抑郁或焦虑状态的心理及生理的护理干预作用。方法 :选取干燥综合征更年期患者有关节疼痛伴抑郁或焦虑状态的女性患者128例,对照组采用常规干燥综合征更年期治疗方法,关节操辅助治疗组在对照组基础上每天以运动疗法关节操配合治疗。治疗6个月,观察治疗前后患者关节疼痛状况及心理焦虑抑郁状态。结果 :各组较治疗前均有显著差异(P<0.01),且关节操辅助治疗组与对照组比较差异明显(P<0.01)。结论 :通过对128例干燥综合征更年期患者有关节疼痛伴抑郁或焦虑状态的女性患者4组数据及图表的分析。证明关节操组治疗关节疼痛效果较只用药物治疗的对照组好,确定了关节操辅助治疗的有效性及优越性。练习关节操6个月之后不仅关节症状明显好转,情绪改变也明显,其他的口、眼、鼻干燥及潮热汗出、失眠、心烦易怒、耳鸣、眩晕、乏力、记忆力减退、头痛、心悸和皮肤感觉异常、性欲减退、泌尿系感染等症状亦有不同程度的好转及消失,更加肯定了运动疗法关节操对患者心理及生理的调节作用。

Objective :To explore the effect of joint exercises on psychological and physiological nursing intervention of patients with joint pain accompanied by depression or anxiety in climacteric patients with Sjogren's syndrome. Methods :128 female patients with Sjogren's syndrome menopause had joint pain accompanied by depression or anxiety. The control group was treated with routine treatment of Sjogren's syndrome menopause. The adjuvant treatment group was treated with exercise therapy and joint exercises every day on the basis of the control group. After 6 months of treatment,joint pain and psychological anxiety and depression were observed before and after treatment. Results :There were significant differences between the two groups before treatment(P<0.01),and there were significant differences between the adjuvant treatment group and the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion :The data and charts of 128 female patients with Sjogren's syndrome in menopause with joint pain accompanied by depression or anxiety were analyzed.It proves that the effect of joint exercises in the treatment of joint pain is better than that of the control group only treated with drugs,and confirms the effectiveness and superiority of the adjuvant treatment of joint exercises. After 6 months of joint exercises,not only the joint symptoms improved obviously,but also the mood changed obviously. Other symptoms such as dry mouth,eyes,nose,hot sweating,insomnia,irritability,tinnitus,dizziness,fatigue,memory loss,headache,palpitation and abnormal skin sensation,hyposexual desire and urinary tract infection also improved and disappeared to varying degrees,which further affirms the regulating effect of exercise therapy and joint exercises on patients' psychology and physiology.
