目的:基于中医传承辅助平台系统软件,分析973课题组前期构建的消渴病"三位一体"(概念-命题-专论)理论框架,探讨出中医药治疗消渴病(胃火炽盛证)的组方用药规律,同时为现代临床治疗消渴病(胃火炽盛证)的新药研发提供数据参考。方法:将973课题组前期构建的消渴病"三位一体"理论框架中涉及证候、方药的消渴病理论框架条文进行标准化、数据化、电子化处理,建立数据库,以此来获得规范的数据资料,由双人筛选并完成任务,应用"中医传承辅助平台管理系统(V2. 5)"对筛选出的消渴病(胃火炽盛证)的数据使用关联规则分析、聚类分析、改进的互信息、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等高级数据挖掘方法,分析出治疗此病的用药规律,包括药物四气、五味、归经分布以及用药频次统计,组方规律和新方等。结果:经筛选得出治疗消渴病(胃火炽盛证)的条文为107条,涉及到中药164味;确定条文中药物出现的频次、常用药对及常用组合,并衍生出新的处方6条。结论:973消渴病"三位一体"(概念-命题-专论)理论框架中治疗消渴病(胃火炽盛证)的用药应以黄连、天花粉、麦冬、石膏等寒性药为主,应以清胃火为治疗原则,为临床用药规律及科学研究提供数据支撑。

Objective:Based on the traditional chinese medicine inheritance support system software,analysis on the prescriptions of Chinese medicine for treating diabetes(Blazing of stomach fire syndrome)in the theoretical framework of the"three-in-one"(concept-proposition-monograph)of the 973 group. At the same time,it provides data reference for the development of new drugs for modern clinical treatment of diabetes(Blazing of stomach fire syndrome). Methods:Standardize,digitize and electronically process the theoretical framework of the"three-in-one"theoretical framework of the 973 group,which involves syndromes and prescriptions and establishes a database to obtain standardized data. Data,screened by two people and completed the task,using the"Traditional Chinese Medicine Heritage Aided Platform Management System(V2.5)"to analyze the data of the selected diabetes disease(Blazing of stomach fire syndrome). This was done using association rule analysis,cluster analysis,improved mutual advanced data mining methods;such as information,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,etc.,analyzing the medication rules for the treatment of this disease;including drug four gas,five flavors,return distribution and frequency of drug use,prescription law,drugs Combinations,etc. Results:A total of 107 articles for the treatment of diabetes(Blazing of stomach fire syndrome)were selected,involving 164 flavors of traditional Chinese medicines;the frequency of occurrence of drugs,commonly used drug pairs and common combinations were determined,and 6 new prescriptions were introduced. Conclusion:The treatment of diabetes(Blazing of stomach fire syndrome)in the theoretical framework of "three-in-one"(concept-proposition-special theory)of 973 diabetes-prediction should be based on cold medicines such as berberine,radices trichosanthis,ophiopogon and gypsum. Clearing the stomach fire as the treatment principle,it provides data support for clinical drug law and scientific research.
