中药石菖蒲研究进展

摘要:

石菖蒲性味辛、苦,温。归心、胃经,具有开窍豁痰、醒神益智、化湿和胃之功。现代药理研究表明,石菖蒲的化学成分主要包括挥发油类和非挥发性类物质,因其对神经系统、心血管系统、免疫系统、生殖系统具有调节及治疗作用,并且具有抗肿瘤、抗炎杀菌、平喘、益智、增强记忆力等多种显著的药理作用而成为研究热点。在临床应用上,石菖蒲也常配伍其他药治疗痰迷心窍、神志不清、失眠、耳鸣耳聋、湿阻中焦等。因此,该文回顾文献,对石菖蒲的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用等方面进行详细的总结,期望能对石菖蒲的进一步研究和临床应用提供参考。

Abstract:

Acorus Tatarinowii Schott flavour is pungent,bitter,warm,for heart and stomach meridians,with opening the orifices and eliminating phlegm,awakening the mind and enlightening the mind,removing dampness and harmonizing stomach. Modern pharmacological studies show that the chemical constituents of acorus tatarinowii schott include volatile oils and non-volatile substances,because of its regulating and therapeutic effects on nervous system,cardiovascular system,immune system and reproductive system,and has a variety of anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory sterilization,asthma,intelligence,memory and other significant pharmacological effects and become the focus of research. In clinical application,acorus tatarinowii schott is often combined with other traditional chinese medicine to treat phlegm blinded heart orifice,obnubilation,insomnia,tinnitus and deafness,dampness obstructing middle energy,etc. Therefore,in this paper,the chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application of Acorus calamus are summarized in detail,which is expected to provide a reference for the further study and clinical application of acorus tatarinowii schott.
