辽宁中医药大学学报

更年期综合征中医称为"绝经前后诸证",是指妇女在绝经前后,出现月经紊乱、烘热汗出、面红潮热、烦躁易怒、头晕耳鸣、心悸失眠、腰背酸楚、面浮肢肿、情绪不宁等一系列症状。传统中医学认为其病发生多以肾虚为本,临床常分为肾阴虚、肾阳虚和肾阴阳两虚型,治疗以补肾为主。通过大量临床观察发现其病发生多以脾肾两虚为本,并从生理基础、病因病机、临床表现、治法方药等多方面论述以脾肾双补之法治疗更年期综合征更具有临床意义。

Menopause syndrome in Chinese medicine is known as the "all evidence before and after menopause," refers to post-menopausal women before and after the emergence of menstrual disorders,flushed face,tidal fever,irritability,tinnitus and dizziness,palpitations insomnia,sorrow and grief back,Floating swollen face swollen limbs,restless,and so on a series of emotional symptoms. Traditional Chinese medicine holds kidney deficiency-oriented is often divided into clinical kidney-yin deficiency,kidneyyang deficiency and kidney yin and yang-deficiency,so as to treat kidney-dificiency by tonifying. I found by dualdeficiency of a large number of clinical observation spleen and kidney deficiency-oriented essential,and the physiological basis of pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,the law governing prescription,and so on in order to double up on the spleen and kidney,treatment of menopausal syndrome shows significantly clinical significance.
