血管新生主要有血管形成和血管生成两种形式,前者是经内皮祖细胞或干细胞增殖、分化而形成新血管;后者是以微血管出芽的方式,通过成熟的内皮细胞增殖、迁移而生成新血管。补阳还五汤是治疗脑缺血疾病的名方,大量研究表明补阳还五汤在治疗脑缺血疾病时有促进脑缺血区周围血管新生的作用,但就目前研究看,补阳还五汤在临床上主要应用于中风恢复期和后遗症期,并未在急性期和其他脑血管疾病发挥很大作用,而且补阳还五汤复方的总药物有效成分尚无分子生物学方面的揭示。该文综述了近年来补阳还五汤促进脑血管新生作用机制,主要包括:保护和促进内皮细胞增殖,促进血管内皮生长因子分泌,促进血管网形成,调控血管生成信号传导通路等,为进一步研究补阳还五汤治疗脑缺血疾病提供参考依据。
Abstract:Angiogenesis mainly has two forms. The first one is formed through the proliferation and differentiation of endothelial progenitor cells or stem cells;the second one is formed through the proliferation and migration of mature endothelial cells to forming microvascular budding. Buyang Huanwu Decoction is famous for its treatment of cerebral ischemic diseases. A large number of studies have shown that Buyang Huanwu Decoction can promote the angiogenesis around the cerebral ischemic area when treating cerebral ischemic diseases. However,Buyang Huanwu Decoction is mainly used clinically in the recovery period of stroke and sequelae. It has not played a significant role in the acute phase and other cerebrovascular diseases. Moreover,the total active ingredients of Buyang Huanwu Decoction have no molecular biological aspects reveal. This article reviews the mechanisms of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in promoting cerebral angiogenesis when treating cerebral ischemic in recent years,it mainly including:protecting and promoting endothelial cell proliferation;promoting vascular endothelial growth factor secretion;promoting endothelial cell formation;regulating angiogenesis signal pathways. To give a renference for further study on Buyang Huanwu Decoction for the treatment of cerebral ischemic disease.
