通过介绍近些年来针刺治疗缺血性脑血管病的实验研究,探求它的作用机制并对其进行综述,发现针刺治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的机制非常复杂,针刺后脑微循环、氧自由基和细胞凋亡等方面都发生相应的改变。可见,针刺治疗缺血性脑血管疾病确有其科学基础,值得推广应用,以提高其在医学领域的影响力。
Abstract:Through the experimental research of acupuncture treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in recent years,to explore its action mechanism,and carries on the review found that the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease is very complex,needle head microcirculation,oxygen free radicals and the corresponding changes in the aspects of cell apoptosis. Visible,acupuncture treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease has its scientific basis,is worth popularization and application,and to improve its influence in the field of medicine.
