肝损伤是由多种因素诱导的正常肝功能失常,也是导致肝功能衰竭的一个重要因素。应用药食两用中药能避免保肝药对人体可能造成二次药物性肝损伤的弊端,对于抗肝损伤具有独特的优势。该文以2012年卫生健康委员会公布的86种药食两用中药为研究对象。通过检索近5年的国内外文献对目前药食两用中药及其有效成分抗肝损伤作用及机制进行研究。结果发现栀子、甘草、决明子、枸杞、山药、桑叶、大枣、沙棘、菊苣、金银花、蒲公英、山楂共12味中药及其有效成分对肝损伤有保护作用。其作用机制主要与降酶、抗炎、抗氧化以及抑制脂质化有关,从归经上看大部分归于肝、脾经,功效角度分析可分为补益类与清热类,为今后对其他药食两用中药的保肝作用及机制的深入研究提供参考。
Abstract:Liver injury is a normal liver dysfunction induced by many factors,and it is also an important factor leading to liver failure. The application of traditional Chinese medicine for both food and medicine can avoid the malpractice that liver protecting medicine may cause secondary drug-induced liver injury to human body,and has unique advantages for anti liver injury. In this paper,86 kinds of dual-use traditional Chinese medicine published by Health Committee in 2012 were taken as the research object. Through the retrieval of the literature at home and abroad in the past five years,the effect and mechanism of the current dualpurpose Chinese medicine and its effective components on liver injury were studied. The results showed that there were 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and its effective components,including Zhizi(Gardeniae Fructus),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Juemingzi(Cassiae Semen),Gouqi(Lycii Fructus),Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma),Sangye(Mori Folltfm),Dazao(Jujubae Fructus),Shaji(Hippophae Fructus),Juju(Cichorii Herba Cichorii Radix),Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos),Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba),Shanzha(Crataegi Fructus),which had protective effects on liver injury. The mechanism of action is mainly related to enzyme reduction,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation and inhibition of lipid. Most of them belong to liver and spleen meridians from the aspect of meridians,and can be divided into tonic type and heat clearing type. It provides a reference for further study on the liver protective effect and mechanism of other dual-purpose Chinese medicine.
