阿胶是以驴皮为主要原料炼制而成的固体胶块,素有“补血圣药”之称。本文系统梳理了阿胶从《神农本草经》至今在养生方面的历史沿革,揭示了其从临床常用中药材到滋补佳品的文化意义。阿胶性平、味甘,归肺、肝、肾经,具有滋阴补血、润燥止血之效,临床价值在于通过调和气血、平衡阴阳,实现“扶正固本”与“治未病”,广泛用于血虚、燥咳、月经不调等病证。现代研究也证实阿胶在促进造血、增强免疫、抗衰老等方面具有药理活性,为其传统功效提供科学依据。随着时代发展,阿胶从经典中药逐渐衍生出膏方、药膳乃至即食制品等多元形态,融入了日常生活。阿胶在养生领域的应用,深刻体现了中医药“药食同源”的智慧与健康管理哲学,是中华养生文化中极具代表性的实践典范。
Abstract:Ejiao is a solid glue block mainly made from donkey hide and has long been known as "the sacred medicine for nourishing blood". This paper systematically sorts out the historical evolution of ejiao in health preservation from Shennong Ben Cao Jing (Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica) to the present. It reveals the cultural significance of ejiao evolving from a commonly used clinical Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to a high-quality tonic. Ejiao has a neutral nature and sweet taste. It enters the lung, liver and kidney meridians. It has the effects of nourishing yin and blood, moistening dryness and stopping bleeding. Its clinical value lies in achieving "strengthening healthy qi to consolidate the constitution" and "preventive treatment of diseases" by regulating qi and blood and balancing yin and yang. Thus, it is widely used in the treatment of blood deficiency, dry cough, irregular menstruation and other diseases. Modern studies have also confirmed that ejiao has pharmacological activities in promoting hematopoiesis, enhancing immunity and anti-aging. These findings provide scientific evidence for its traditional efficacy. With the development of the times, ejiao has gradually evolved from a classic TCM into various forms such as medicinal paste, medicinal diet and even ready-to-eat products. It has integrated into daily life. The application of ejiao in the field of health preservation profoundly reflects the wisdom of "homology of medicine and food" and the philosophy of health management in TCM. It is a highly representative practical model in traditional Chinese health preservation culture.
