目的:探讨槐杞黄颗粒治疗反复呼吸道感染患儿的临床疗效及对细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2014年1月—2014年12月我院儿科诊治的50例气虚体质的反复呼吸道感染患儿,根据随机数字表法随机分为两组,每组25例,对照组患儿予退热、补液、化痰止咳、抗感染等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用槐杞黄颗粒治疗,观察两组患儿治疗6个月后的临床疗效及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率为96.0%,显著高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿感染发作次数、抗生素治疗时间分别为(1.34±0.48)次、(7.79±2.17)d,明显短于对照组的(2.09±0.61)次、(12.58±3.29)d,观察组治疗结束后再发时间为(6.28±2.04)个月,明显长于对照组的(3.65±1.47)个月,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组患儿血清CD₃~+、CD₄~+及CD₄~+/CD₈~+比值分别为63.52%±3.43%、33.24%±2.26%、1.28%±0.26%以及60.12%±2.52%、30.18%±2.36%、1.20%±0.22%,较治疗前明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:槐杞黄颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染可改善患儿的免疫功能,增强患儿体质,有效提高治疗效果。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huaiqihuang Granule in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)and its effect on cellular immune function. Methods:50 cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections treated in department of pediatrics in our hospital from December —2014 to January 2014 were studied,they were divided into two groups,each group with 25 cases,the control group were treated with conventional therapy including relieving fever,rehydration,anti infection,eliminating phlegm and relieving cough,the observation group combined with Huaiqihuang Granule based on that,after 6 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets level were compared. Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 96%,and that was higher than the control group which was 76.0%,the difference was of statistically significant(P<0.05);The number of infections and duration of antibiotic treatment in observation group respectively were(1.34±0.48)times,(7.79±2.17)d,and they were significantly shorter than control group which were(2.09±0.61)times,(12.58±3.29)d,the recurrence time tfter treatment in observation group were(6.28±2.04)months,which was significantly longer than that of the controls(3.65±1.47)months,the differences were of statistically significant(P<0.05)after treatment,the level of serum CD₃~+、CD₄~+ and CD₄~+/CD₈~+ in observation group and control group were(63.52%±3.43%)(33.24%±2.26%)(1.28%±0.26%)and(60.12%±2.52%)(30.18%±2.36%)(1.20±0.22),and the were both increased significantly compared with before treatment,and that in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were of statistically meter significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The Huaiqihuang Granule in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection can improve the immune function and improve the health of children,and improve the treatment effect.
